Mickey Mouse, the world’s most beloved and recognizable character, appears in an ideal image from the Oscar-nominated 1938 short as he tells the King how he slew seven at one blow—and winds up Royal High Killer of the Giant. “The Brave Little Tailor” was one of the most expensive and elaborate Mickey cartoons ever produced, and was certainly one of his finest appearances.
